Activity groups in Norfolk

Tai Chi, Qi Gong and Dao-In. Running & Walking.


Cost for new starters is £5 for the 1-hour session. After 2-months you will be offered full or temporary membership and discounted first month.

All groups we recommend bringing water to sip.

If you have a condition that requires you to bring your medication or food snack please bring it and advise the instructor.

Tai Chi exercise - Please wear loose comfortable clothing a flat well-fitting indoor shoes.

Beginners Hatha Yoga - Please wear loose comfortable clothing, we suggest in layers. Most participate in bare-feet or yoga socks. Bring a Yoga mat if you have one; if you do not we have some shared mats for first couple of times until you are sure if you like it.
Fun Fitness - please wear indoor sports clothing and indoor training shoes.
FREE demonstrations to charities and community organisations at mutual convenience.
Some personal 1-2-1 or small group tuition available, cost £35 per hour.
